From November 15, 2022 to November 15, 2023, more than 3,000 Elsevier monographs will be available to all CSIC centers and libraries. These are ebooks of collections that this publisher has published in 2021 and 2022 (some of the latter year, still pending edition).
The Network of Libraries and Archives of the CSIC and the Scientific Information Resources Unit (URICI) have subscribed to the improved and enriched version of SciFinder called SciFinder Discovery Platform for the whole CSIC. It will be available from November 15, 2022. From that date until 31 December, the two versions will coexist: SciFinder on the Web (old version) and this new SciFinder Discovery Platform.
In May 2021 Clarivate reported that the 2021 JCR would have a new indicator to measure the impact of citations received by recent articles in a journal. This was the Journal Citation Indicator (JCI) and would be calculated for all journals in the Web of Science Core Collection, including even those without a Journal Impact Factor (JIF).
The CSIC Libraries and Archives Network has subscribed to the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion ebooks collection, which can be accessed from the Proquest EbookCentral Platform, together with the "Academic Complete" collection.
