Con motivo de la celebración de la 24ª edición de la Setmana de la Ciència, el Instituto de Diagnóstico Ambiental y Estudios del Agua (IDAEA), del Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC), acoge en sus instalaciones la exposición temporal “La calidad del aire. Un reto actual”, producida por la Fundación Naturgy.

On the occasion of the Setmana de la Ciència, a round table was organized on Saturday, 16th November, in the CID Sala d'Actes.

A good part of the European population lives in urban areas, especially cities and large cities, where air quality levels are exceeded. The AIRUSE project, led by Xavier Querol (IDAEA), and awarded in Europe in 2018, proposes six recommendations to improve the air quality of cities in southern Europe. On the other hand, Barcelona will launch on 1st January 2020, the Low Emission Zone (ZBE) and from April will begin to impose fines on the most polluting vehicles that circulate in this restricted area.

Del 8 al 17 de novembre se celebrarà a Catalunya la 24a Setmana de la Ciència.

Durant la Setmana de la Ciència se celebraran tot un munt d’activitats de divulgació científica arreu del nostre territori. Jornades de portes obertes, exposicions, xerrades, jocs, tallers científics… tot un ventall de possibilitats al teu abast. Com cada any, enguany també estaran presents l'IDAEA i l'IQAC organitzant i participant en moltes activitats.
